this week's menu

chili con carne (frozen in Jan.) with millet and cheddar

fried brown rice with kale and scallions, miso soup with shitake mushrooms

slow roasted salmon with roasted beets in orange vinaigrette and mashed potatoes

turkey hot dogs, baked sauerkraut and apples, European peasant bread

pulled pork in the slow cooker, corn muffins, buttermilk coleslaw

fish sticks and broccoli gratin

shrimp and grits, green salad with mustard dressing

leftover grits, pork, and broccoli
